Order Processing and Dispatch

Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day. All orders will be dispatched via our designated courier service or international air mail. Please note that delivery delays, while uncommon, are not valid grounds for return or refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge that proof of delivery does not require confirmation that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for and accepted the delivery.

Click and Collect Service (Durban Only)

Our convenient Click and Collect service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Orders typically take 2-4 hours to be prepared. However, orders placed after 12:00 PM on a weekday will only be ready for collection the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be available on the following Monday.
To collect your order, please bring the order confirmation and a valid proof of identification.
